Scholarships

To obtain a foreign exchange scholarship, the student must be approved in a selection process that includes the analysis of the Application Form, in which academic and professional information is filled out, as well as a cover letter justifying the interest in the scholarship. 

To enroll in an international course with IBS Americas, follow the steps below: 

1. Choose a course in the United States or Europe that aligns with your professional background and goals. See all available courses on the courses page. 

2. Sign up for the selection process by creating a login with email and password. 

3. Fill out the Application Form with your academic and professional information. 

4. Write a cover letter in English explaining why you deserve the scholarship. 

5. Please review and submit your application. The result of the selection will be sent by email within 5 business days.

The scholarship offered by IBS Americas partially covers the costs of the international course, including mandatory visits, guidelines for the US visa (if necessary), English proficiency test, online preparatory meetings, access to complementary materials (Background Readings) and support from Academic Leaders during the course. Plane tickets, lodging, food and transportation between the airport and the university are the responsibility of the student.

To participate in the programs and concur for scholarships with IBS Americas you must be at least 18 years old, be enrolled or have completed a higher education course at University or College. Furthermore, to participate in the business-themed programs, the minimum level of English required is intermediate, and for the Business English courses at SUNY and ULV, the elementary level of English is fine.

To study in the United States with IBS Americas, candidates must be over 18 years old, enrolled in or have already completed an undergraduate course, and possess an intermediate to advanced level of English for executive courses. For Business English courses, a basic level of English is required. Once these requirements are met, students can participate in the selection process for scholarships to study in the United States.
